Sun Bird is a perfect retreat for easy access to River Run Base area, downtown Ketchum and the Big Wood River. River Run base area is a walkable distance down the Wood River Trail which is accessed just down the street from the townhome. Bunk Room is located off of the garage and accessed through the laundry room with its own exterior door. No bathroom associated with bunk room. May not be appropriate for smaller children. Garage parking (1 car)

Getting around: The Wood River Valley is highly car‑oriented but has good local transit. Mountain Rides (Ketchum Area Rapid Transit/Valley Bus) provides free or low‑cost shuttle service linking Ketchum, Sun Valley, Hailey and Bellevue and runs an airport shuttle to Friedman Memorial (SUN). The town is bike‑friendly with many short trips possible by bike or on foot; central Ketchum is walkable from nearby neighborhoods. Street parking and short drives are typical for reaching groceries, restaurants, and trailheads.
